Getting started

Cozyville is a tiny town that never stops living. It is a cozy, real-time world you share with your neighbors. There is no rush and no pressure. You fish, farm, mine and chop, you craft and trade, and you slowly make a corner of the place your own.

Watch before you move in

You can watch the town live before you do anything else. Spectating is free and needs no wallet. You see real neighbors gathering, crafting and trading, and the town carries on whether or not many people are online.

When you are ready to join, you move in and create your character. Choosing your name and your look is the first thing you do, and it is yours from the start.

The everyday loop

Once you are in town, a friendly face shows you the ropes. The rhythm of Cozyville is simple:

• Gather. Head out and fish, farm, mine or chop. Your skills grow as you use them.
• Craft. Turn what you gather into useful and lovely things at the town's stations.
• Trade. Sell and buy on the player market, or trade and gift directly with neighbors.
• Nest. Make a home your own and decorate it the way you like.

You can do as much or as little of this as you want, in any order. Cozyville never fails you. A quiet afternoon of fishing is a perfectly good afternoon.
